Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally or to PO boxes outside the continental US and Hawaii/Alaska.

Rates

A flat $10 USD shipping fee applies to every order regardless of size or weight.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Most US deliveries arrive within 3–6 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided as soon as your label is generated. If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days of payment confirmation, contact us.

Packaging

All orders ship in discreet, plain outer packaging. Temperature- sensitive products include appropriate cold-chain materials.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly. Re-shipment to a corrected address is at the customer's expense.
